RMA Form Download

RMA Return Process

1. Download the RMA form from the above link.
2. Fill in RMA form as much information (including Item ID,  Invoice#, and defective reason etc.) as possible. 
3. Send the form along with subject line “RMA request” to
4. Wait for RMA department to provide RMA#.
5. Ship defective products, the form along with the RMA# provided.
6. Wait for process.
7. Customer will be notified when RMA is complete.


RMA Return Policy

In order to process your RMA return promptly, all products MUST be returned to our warehouse with the following :
1. Please include the RMA# provided along with the package
2. A copy of original invoice showing serial number.
3. A brief note describing the problem and defective symptoms (simply write “Defective” is not sufficient and will be treated as non-defective item).
4. All manuals, accessories and original packaging.
5. RMA Department hours are from 9:30AM to 3:00PM (GMT-05:00).

Product will be refused to return if there is physical damage, broken warranty seal or alteration of serial numbers by customer and all warranties will be voided. All goods returned for warranty that are found to be non-defective (or damaged as a result of misuse including static discharge) will be shipped back to the customer. A service fee of $20.00 per item may be applied.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) products must be reported to Longtech within 7 business days from the date of invoice. DOA returns are subject to the RMA return policy outlined in this document. Any shipping discrepancies must be reproted to Longtech within two (2) business days from the date of received shipment.

Consumable items are items such as Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Software, Downloadable Software, Paper Products, Headphones & Earphones (all types), Smart watch items etc. that are consumed once they are used. Consumable items can't be returned or refund.


Returns for Credit

Credit will not be issued on any goods purchased over 30 days. Merchandise will be accepted for credit only if returned in resalable condition including original packing and all manuals and accessories. All used and special-ordered products are not returnable for credit. A 15% restocking charge will be applied for returned product. All products returned for credit are subject to the same RMA policy as above. Longtech reserves the right to refuse any request to issue credit for returned product. All returns for credit are to be applied on future purchases. No refund cheques will be issued. All credit will be issued at current prices (this also applies to DOA products). 


Service Charges

Hourly Labour Rate: $30.00/hour, minimum 3 hour
Non-defective Items: $20.00 handling fee per item
Non-Longtech Product: $30.00 handling fee per item
Refused Shipment: Shipping cost plus $20.00
