1. How to open a new account?

Requirements

• Completed Canadian Reseller Application:  Longtech New Account Application Form. ; (you can download below "Account Application Form", email us or fax to us at 905-940-6668.)
• Provincial Tax Exemption Certificate/Tax Information

• Voided Pre-Printed Company Cheque (mandatory for Net Terms requests)
• Fax documents to locations provided on our Fax Transmittal Cover Page at the top of our application.

2. Once your information is received and verified, we will inform you if you qualify for account. All accounts are initially setup with credit card terms, but net terms are available upon request, subject to approval.

3. Customer Order Policy:

• Minimum $50 for Online Order & Shipping

• Minimum $30 for Showroom Pick-up

 How to order on line?

• Request account first
• Once we create your account we will send you username/password;
• Logon with your user ID and password;
• Located an interest product;
• Add the product to "cart";
• Continue shopping, or,
• If you have finish shopping, click "check out" (on log on menu);
• Checkout;
• We will contact you for details of your order.
